Great Article in the Statesman
If you haven’t seen this already, the Editorial Board of the Statesman published an amazing article today entitled “The closed-minded approach to Austin schools.”
Austin school district leaders would be wise to come up with more options for using district schools and facilities efficiently before approving a plan that lacks equity, conflicts with City of Austin goals and ignores solutions for generating income through measures that don’t require shutting down schools.
