Scrutinize the Austin school district’s numbers
The Statesman published an article today written by local contributor James Spindler. Mr Spindler is an economist and a professor at the University of Texas School of Law, and an expert on corporate fraud.
This article says so well what we have been trying to say over and over – the plan to close these schools does nothing to close the budget gap. I hope someone, anyone, is listening.
